Reolink
Reolink cameras support FTP upload on most models, including the RLC series, E1, Duo, TrackMix, and video doorbells.
Set up FTP on your camera
Open the Reolink app or web interface and navigate to Advanced → FTP (app) or Network → Advanced → FTP (web). Point the server to your hosting and set the remote directory to a name of your choice — this becomes the camera’s name in Lunetta.
Folder name
Set Remote directory to a short name like front-door or garden. That name appears as the camera label in Lunetta. Use a different name for each camera.
Filename format
Reolink uploads files named like:
20260604_143022.mp4
20260604_143022.jpg
The .jpg snapshot is uploaded alongside the video. Lunetta automatically pairs them and uses the image as the thumbnail.
Notes
- Reolink also supports FTPS (port 990) on most models if your server requires an encrypted connection.
- Some older firmware versions require the remote directory to exist on the server before the first upload — create it manually if uploads fail.
