Purchasing Lunetta grants you a personal license for one installation. These terms explain what's included, what's not, and what we both commit to.
License
Purchasing Lunetta grants you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the software on one server. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute Lunetta or any modified version of it.
One license covers one active installation. If you move your installation to a different server, you can reclaim your license key from the Settings page.
Payment
Lunetta is sold as a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. Payments are processed by Polar, which acts as Merchant of Record and handles VAT for EU customers.

If you're not satisfied with Lunetta for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.

Lunetta Ping is a free, optional addition to your license. It is provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified or discontinued at any time. No rights or guarantees can be derived from its availability. If it is ever discontinued, a standard server cron job is a fully equivalent alternative.
About Lunetta PingUpdates
Your license includes all future updates to Lunetta at no additional cost. Updates are distributed as a downloadable zip from lunetta.io/releases.
Warranty disclaimer
Lunetta is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for data loss, security incidents on your server, or any other damages arising from the use of this software. You are responsible for securing your server, keeping backups, and maintaining your installation.
